Guest data is accessed only when necessary and is restricted to authorized staff members who understand our privacy commitments. All credit and debit card data captured via our booking system or by other secure means is stored with PCI Level 1 compliance, ensuring top-tier protection under the PCI Card Storage standard. If you choose to pay by card in person, your payment will be processed using our secure Verifone terminal. For added privacy, The Lenbrook does not keep or store card payment receipts.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any third parties outside of The Lenbrook. Your data remains strictly between us and our secure booking provider. In rare cases, we may disclose your personal data to comply with legal obligations — but only when required by law and only to the relevant authorities.

Video Surveillance & First Aid Data

To support the safety and security of our guests, The Lenbrook operates CCTV in select areas. Your image may be captured and processed to assist us — and relevant statutory bodies — in ensuring your well-being throughout your visit.

In the unlikely event you require First Aid, trained staff will provide assistance. As part of this process, we may request information about your health to ensure appropriate care. This information will be recorded on a first aid document and may be shared with Ambulance or Emergency Services. Where necessary, it may be retained and disclosed in connection with Civil or Criminal proceedings.

The use, retention, and sharing of this data may occur without your explicit consent, based on legitimate interests and the need to comply with legal obligations — including supporting the prevention or detection of crime and terrorism.
